HPF Crosses and Ring Kits for Basket Fans
Product Description:
Stainless-steel crosses and rings are easily attached to your basket fans and quick connect slip lock fitting for high pressure nylon tubing making this a great way to retrofit. Clean water is pumped through the lines and sprayed out of the nozzles in billions of tiny (micron) particles making it easy for the hot air to evaporate the water for maximum cooling. J&D’s High Pressure Fog System allows for maximization of warm weather stocking levels and provides the required humidity levels to control dust and odor.INTERESTED IN THIS PRODUCT?

FAQs:
There are many cooling systems that are available including soaking, low pressure misting, high pressure fogging, evaporative cool cell systems, and portable cooling devices.
A soaking system is a cost effective way to drench your animals. The soaking system is most effective when used with recirculation fans.
Low pressure misting uses standard water pressure of 60 PSI and creates large water droplets in the 50-60 micron size. You need a good filter and good water quality along with an air exchange strategy. Low pressure misting systems receive a water evaporation rate in the 98% range.
High pressure fogging is a very cost effective solution to gain a cooling effect of 10° - 25° off the ambient temperature. The water droplets are between 15 and 25 microns with 100% evaporation. A good filter and water quality is a must along with an air exchange strategy. This is our most effective cooling method.
